Overview

Use Contact support when troubleshooting does not unblock you. Prefer the bug report form for reproducible product issues, WhatsApp for account or setup help, and email when you need a detailed written trail. Include workspace and agent context without sending passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary customer data.

Report a bug

The bug report form gives the team reproducible steps and environment details.

  1. Open the KiloBot bug report form.
  2. Include workspace and agent name, page or feature, approximate date and time with timezone, steps that reproduce the problem, expected and actual results, browser and device, and a screenshot or short recording with sensitive information hidden.

Reach support on WhatsApp

Use WhatsApp for account, setup, or operational help.

  1. Start a conversation with KiloBot support on WhatsApp.
  2. Describe the outcome you are trying to achieve and where you are blocked.

Send a detailed email

Email is suitable when you need to include several steps, screenshots, or team context. Send detailed requests to support@kilobot.app.

Prepare before you contact support

Checking common causes first often resolves the issue without waiting on a reply.

  1. Check Troubleshooting.
  2. Confirm the correct agent is selected.
  3. Note whether the problem affects one teammate, one channel, or the entire workspace.
  4. If a provider such as Meta is still reviewing a template or synchronizing a connection, include the visible provider status.

Never send passwords, API keys, access tokens, complete payment details, or private customer exports through the bug form, WhatsApp, or email.
